Policies

ZZZ is committed to making your child’s dramatic education the best, most rewarding experience it can be. With that in mind, during class time, parents are asked to remain outside the studio classroom. There is a waiting area adjacent to the studio that parents and siblings are welcome to use. If you have any concerns, please discuss them with the instructor.
Payment is due, in full, at the time of enrollment.
In the event a class is full, a waiting list will be available. There is no cost to secure a spot on a waiting list. ZZZ always welcomes schedule suggestions and class time requests; we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
Drama classes often involve scene work and a great deal of team effort…each child will play an important role in the program and attendance is important. ZZZ reserves the right to remove your child from the program after 3 missed classes. Obviously, this is real life and things happen – situations involving multiple absences will be reviewed by the instructor and the parent(s) before any action is taken.
Parents are expected to pick up their children promptly, and we ask that you meet them upstairs in the studio waiting room at the end of class.
ZZZ offers a variety of dramatic education programs during the course of the year, each with unique lesson plans and material. Enrollment for the duration of any class term is highly recommended, however pro-rated tuition will be available at the discretion of the instructor.
