Grab your magic lamp, jump on your magic carpet, and get ready to fly into a whole new world! In this exciting, original adaptation of Arabian Nights, performers will get a chance to explore the classic tales of Aladdin, Ali Baba, Sinbad and more. Join Princess Scheherazade as she weaves tales of magic and mystery for 1001 nights.

The storms have been worse than those that landed Viola on Orsino’s shore (That’s from Twelfth Night, by the way) but the skies are slowly clearing and Fortune smiles upon us! The show is on, bring an umbrella and a lawn chair and be prepared to experience Shakespeare in the elements!

After 6 weeks of sonnets and silliness, the ZZZ crew is ready to perform! Pack a blanket and prepare to relax on the tiered lawn seats of the outdoor performance pavilion in Grayslake’s Central Park. The show begins at 3pm.

Performers: make sure to visit the SCRIPTS page and print out your personalized tickets to hand out to friends, family, and other fans! The show is free, but the tickets make a great reminder and are fun keepsakes.

Acting Academy: be sure to check the list of scene assignments so you practice the right parts! Everyone should be practicing their songs and dances, you’re going to look great!

Pint Size Performers: A final script has been posted clearly identifying the scene “cuts” that will be used in the show, and the performer assigned to each line. You can download and print the script for your convenience!

Your kids will have a blast bustin’ rhymes with the bard as the works of Will come alive in a fun and exciting way they can appreciate and understand.  The six week session concludes with a truly Shakespearean experience: an outdoor production at the Central Park Performance Pavilion in Grayslake.
